Delivery Terms

  1. Delivery Area

    • Goods are delivered to all territories of Lithuania and European Union countries. Some exceptions may apply to remote locations or specific countries.
  2. Delivery Time

    • Delivery time depends on the selected delivery method and product availability in stock. Standard delivery in Lithuania takes 1 to 5 business days, and to other EU countries – from 5 to 14 business days.
  3. Delivery Cost

    • Delivery cost depends on the product's weight, size, and delivery location. Detailed delivery costs are indicated at the time of order.
  4. Delivery Methods

    • Goods can be delivered via couriers, postal services, or parcel lockers. The buyer can choose the delivery method at the time of order.
  5. Delivery Confirmation

    • After placing the order, the buyer receives a confirmation email with the order details and estimated delivery time. Additional information with the delivery time or tracking number may be sent on the delivery day.

Return Terms

  1. Right to Return

    • The buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving the product without specifying the reason, in accordance with EU consumer rights and the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
  2. Return Procedure

    • To return a product, the buyer must inform the seller in writing (via email or through a special form on the seller's website) and provide the order number and information about the returned product.
  3. Condition of the Product

    • The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Products that have been used or damaged may not be accepted or may be subject to a depreciation fee.
  4. Return Costs

    • Return costs are usually borne by the buyer, unless the product was defective or did not match the order. In this case, the return costs are covered by the seller.
  5. Compensation

    • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. The compensation is transferred to the same account from which the payment was made.
  6. Exceptions

    • Some products, such as perishable goods, hygiene items, opened software packages, may not be returnable. These exceptions are clearly indicated on the seller's website and are communicated to the buyer before purchase.
